Cultivated in : Native to Sri Lanka , India , South America .

Chakra : Base. Aroma : Warm, spicy, sweet, balsamic & slightly camphoraceous.
History and Myth :
Name cardamom is thought to have originated from the Arab, hehmama, a derivation of the Sanskrit term for something hot and pungent. Traditionally, cardamom seeds have been used for a wide range of complaint including fluid retention, coughs and various nervous disorders. In the East, they have also been valued as an aphrodisiac.
Safety information :
Non toxic. Non irritant. Do not use under 4 month pregnancy.
Core actions to the body :

Holistic Consultation (60 minutes) : If you are not sure about what kind of work I am doing or what kind of therapy do you want to have, you can book for a consultation. Health background interview will be conducted during this 1 hour session. Fee Rp. 200.000/visit.
Full Body Massage (75 minutes) : some people are curious about Rina's massage technique and how the therapy session going. You can book Rina for this session without coming for the Holistic Consultation and try the massage. Come for at least 3 session to experience the benefit. Health background interview will be conducted during this session. Rina and you will have lots of thing to discuss.
